“TALON Apprehension and Control System”

What is the TALON?
It is a self-defense device that was created by Ross Torquato, a 15 year law enforcement veteran of a large Florida Sheriffs Office, as a law enforcement method to defeat criminals who are trained in Mixed Martial Arts. Keith expanded the use of the TALON and developed a short course called “T.A.C.S.” (TALON Apprehension and Control System) that can be used by police officers or professional security personnel as a means of establishing immediate control of an adversary.
There is also a civilian self-defense course that uses the TALON as the basis for its response measures and the device works as a key chain!
Whether the user is an experienced street cop, professional soldier, an 18 year old female college student, or a 65 year old grandmother of 10, T.A.C.S. is for you!
